We collect only what we need to prepare your Workflow Audit and work with you. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for anything you didn't ask for.
Who we are
Thrive Human ("we," "us") runs this website. Questions about this policy go to lance@sgcblessings.com.
What we collect
- What you tell us. When you request an audit or email us: your name, company, email, phone number if you give it, and your answers about your team, tools, revenue range, and the work you want to fix.
- How you found us. If you arrive from a link with campaign tags (for example, an ad), the request includes that source and campaign so we know which channels work.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
How the audit form works
When you submit the form, your answers are sent to our inbox through FormSubmit, an email delivery service. If that doesn't go through, your own email app opens with your answers filled in, addressed to us, and nothing is sent until you press Send. You can also copy the message and send it from any email account.
How we use it
- To prepare your audit and reply to you.
- To follow up about the audit and any project you choose to start with us.
- To understand which pages and channels bring in good-fit requests.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising cookies. It keeps a small note in your browser for the length of your visit so your audit request can include how you found us. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and button clicks; it does not use cookies or follow you across other sites.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our business, under their own privacy terms: Google Workspace for email, FormSubmit for delivering audit requests to our inbox, and Vercel for website hosting and analytics. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
When we work inside your systems
If you hire us, we build inside your existing tools and only use the access required for the agreed workflow. Every action our systems take is logged. How we handle your business data during a project is set out in our written agreement with you. For finance, healthcare, or other regulated work, we start with a compliance conversation before promising any implementation.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests and related emails for as long as we have a working relationship or a reasonable business need, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing lance@sgcblessings.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date.
